Morison KSi holds a successful Future Leaders Programme in Bangkok
On 4-5 October 2018 Morison KSi delegates met in Bangkok, Thailand, to take part in the third event in the series of Future Leaders Programmes.
25 delegates attended the Morison KSi Future Leaders Programme held at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit on 4-5 October 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. The programme was developed to assist Morison KSi member firms develop their emerging talent and to equip these Future Leaders with the tools needed to develop their own international community within the association, transition into more senior roles and proactively shape their careers as leaders.
Led by Joanna Keeling, an expert in delivering leadership programmes to global organisations, the professional agenda focused on impact, influence, strategy and vision as key aspects of leadership.
The training also highlighted the importance of networking as a core skill of an effective leader and the starting point of any successful business relationship. To that end, the workshop was centred on strong communication skills, cultural understanding and initiating and strengthening positive and long-standing professional relationships.
During the workshop the delegates devised practical action plans to enable them to return to their working environments and lead new initiatives designed to add value to their businesses.
Thanks are due to Joanna for delivering such an engaging, collaborative and thoroughly enjoyable session, and to all delegates that attended and contributed to the event.
We hope that delegates’ time spent in Bangkok will lead to lasting and valuable professional relationships and we look forward to more successful Future Leaders events in the near future!
