Morison Global is pleased to announce that Harsh Bhuta, Partner at Bhuta Shah & Co LLP (India), has been elected as the new Chair of the Morison Asia Pacific Board. This is following the standing down of Paul Wan who has been Chair of Asia Pacific since its establishment in 1992.
As Chair of the Asia Pacific Board, Harsh will also join the Morison Global Limited (international) Board.
Harsh leads the Transaction Advisory practice of Bhuta Shah & Co LLP in addition to his active involvement in the firm’s other service lines. Harsh has been instrumental in driving the growth of Bhuta Shah & Co over the last 5 years and expanding presence from one office to four offices in India, increasing its strength from 60 to 140 employees.
Harsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in India) and is an All India Rank Holder (Rank 30). He holds a Bachelors of Law from Mumbai University and also is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA. Harsh is certified as a Registered Valuer under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
