We were formed when two distinguished and long-standing chartered accountancy firms in North India,S.P. Puri & Co. and S.C. Vasudeva & Co., merged in 2018. The firm has a proud legacy and heritage of over 40 years as both the erstwhile firms were founded in the year 1976.
