Two excellent London firms join Morison KSi
Morison KSi is delighted to announce that 2 firms based in central London, Jeffreys Henry LLP and Nyman Libson Paul joined Morison KSi on 1 September 2019.
Jeffreys Henry (JH), a full service firm established more than 100 years ago, is one of the UK’s leading auditors to LSE, AIM, NEX, GEM AND CSE listed companies. With a total of 23 UK listed clients, and 15 listed on European markets, JH is currently ranked 10th in the league table of Total
Stock Market Clients.
This is a very prestigious and special niche for a mid-tier firm in the UK and will be a great complement to member firms who undertake IPO, audit etc. for listed companies. JH serves clients in a wide range of industry sectors and, in 2016/17, was awarded the highly coveted “UK Mid-Tier Firm of the Year” by the British Accountancy Awards.
Managing Partner of Jeffreys Henry, Justin Randall said:
“I am confident this strategic move will help support our ever growing client base as their requirements extend beyond the UK and will help us attract more cross border assignments and inward investment.”
Nyman Libson Paul (NLP), a full service firm with knowledge and expertise spanning nearly 8 decades, have clients in a wide range of industry sectors. NLP is renowned as a leading advisor to the entertainment & media industry across the full spectrum of film, TV, music and theatre. NLP is well placed to contribute to and benefit from the Morison KSi Entertainment and Media Group. Partners, Anthony Pins and Dave Morrison, have served as committee members of the ICAEW Entertainment and Media Group.
NLP has a rapidly growing China (and Far East) division that focuses on providing professional services to individuals and corporates. This is very unique in a mid-tier firm like NLP and has potential for substantial growth.
Managing Partner of Nyman Libson Paul, Joel Newman said:
“We are proud to be welcomed into the Morison KSi family and are looking forward to the benefits this will bring to our clients. We are excited to be joining an established and well-respected international association that shares our vision and core values. This alliance will strongly enhance our ability to service our clients operating in key markets around the world. We look forward to building close relationships with other member firms.”
This is an exciting development for Morison KSi and having two London firms with niche specialisms will bring many opportunities for its member firms.
