Omega Zeta, a subsidiary of a Spanish firm, develops and produces energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building material. Performance measures were not being met and therefore Morison ACPM (Spain) and CWCC (Hong Kong) were asked to team up to help analyse the situation and provide recommendations for improvement. This included HR, finance, sales and marketing, production, procurement, warehouse management, quality control etc. Omega Zeta accepted the recommendations and restructured their business, and implemented better internal controls.

Safeguard, a global leader in outsourced payroll and global employment outsourcing had significant requirements across non-traditional compliance work, acquisition due diligence (for 4 separate transactions), international tax work and other small projects. Working across 20 firms in the association Morison Global firms were able to effectively meet all of the requirements outlines above. They were able to mobilise quickly, work efficiently and be very cost effective.
